Bittersweet lambic: initially sweet, then bitter. Interesting beer but definitely only for those seeking unusual tastes in a beer.

  1. I don't drink beer myself, but I really think you should invest in some beer glasses… Does it even taste any good in a glass like that?

    (I may be biased of course, cause my family are beer (glass) snobs.

  2. Agreed. However, there are two main reasons for not tasting them in dedicated glasses.

    1. Parity of conditions.
    2. I already have enough stuff as is for when I move back to Finland in a month or so. Now imagine the mess if I also had a beer glass collection…
