A beer with an interesting colour, dark but not transparent, and very clean aroma. High alcoholic content, but an excellent soft taste with hints of Gouda cheese, full grain bread and chocolate.

You should really try Trappiste Rochefort 10 (not 8) which is said to be the best beer ever.
If you like this kind of beers, you should also try Gulden Draak
